Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    • Open to registered EVie customers who are legally eligible to participate.
    • The promotion is available to participants residing in the Channel Islands & UK only.
  3. Promotion Period:
    • The offer is valid for a 12-month period from the date of your first qualifying Reel submission.
    • A maximum total of £100 in EVie Credits can be earned per participant during this period.
  5. How to Participate:
    • Post a collaboration Reel featuring your EVie journey on your preferred social media platform.
    • Ensure you tag EVie (using our official handle) and, if applicable, include the campaign hashtag (e.g. #EVieJourney).
  7. Reel Qualification:
    • Each Reel must achieve a minimum of 10 likes within the first 30 days of posting.
    • Upon verification of the likes count by EVie, £10 in EVie Credits will be awarded per qualifying Reel.
  9. Credit Award:
    • Credits are awarded in £10 increments per qualifying Reel, up to a maximum of £100 per participant within the 12-month period.
    • EVie Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no cash value.
  11. Verification & Compliance:
    • EVie reserves the right to verify the authenticity and engagement (i.e. likes count) of the submitted Reels.
    • Any content deemed to be in breach of EVie’s community guidelines, or in violation of any applicable social media platform rules, may be disqualified.
    • Offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content will not be accepted.
  13. Content Usage:
    • By participating, you grant EVie the right to use, reproduce, and modify your submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes. Proper credit will be provided where applicable.
  15. Modifications & Termination:
    • EVie reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • Any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be communicated via our official channels.
  17. Governing Law:
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
